Kensington Fly Boots

These fly boots are manufactured with US-made 1000 x 2000 Denier Textilene fabric, formulated to withstand fading, fire, mildew, soiling wear and tear, even in the most extreme weather conditions. Textilene is an innovative woven PVC-coated fabric known for its durability with 78% air permeable and non-heat transferring qualities, and blocks up to 73% of the sun's harmful UV rays. These boots protect from biting insects, mud, sand, and dirt, prevent injury from stomping, keep flies from biting the horse's legs, and also add protection while shipping. A plastic stay built under the fleece allows the boots to stay upright to protect the legs. Three adjustable Velcro straps and fleece trim provide extra comfort.
